These Sterling Silver Mala Counters were handmade in Boudha, Nepal, and feature the Bell and Dorje symbols with turquoise and coral adornments. The beads are 3mm wide, and are threaded on red string with a multi-coloured tassel.
The Bell and Dorje symbolise Wisdom and Skilful Means (or compassion) in Tibetan Buddhism, and the union of wisdom and skilful means is the enlightened mind.
