Also known as the White Umbrella Deity, Sistapatra is a powerful female Buddhist deity associated with protection and healing. She is known for her ability to ward off negative influences, dispel obstacles, and offer protection from various dangers, including spirits, illness, and misfortune.
The flag also features various prayers and mantra, the 8 Auspicious Symbols, the Kalachakra symbol, as well as the four dignities (Garuda, Dragon, Snow Lion, Tiger) which are ancient symbols that represent qualities of the Windhorse.
