This 'Butterlamp' or candle holder was handcrafted in Nepal from solid copper and is plated in silver

and

engraved with the 8 Auspicious symbols of Tibetan Buddhism. A butterlamp is traditionally filled with butter or oil and a handmade wick and used as a light offering on a shrine, most often in conjunction with a set of shrine offering bowls
